January 2012 is Cervical Awareness Month

We turn the spotlight on the disease with a grant from the California Medical Association Foundation. Join us at one of our Spanish speaking Cervical Bingo Games to discuss the impact on Latinas and learn about the HPV vaccine for your son and daughter, a proven preventative of the HPV virus that causes cervical cancer.

Call Adriana Morieko at 408-280-0811 or email programdirector@latinascontracancer.org for more information

We're returning to the Mexican Heritage Plaza, May 13th, 2012

Join us for our 9th Annual Mother's Day Walk Against Cancer: One Family Together,         Una Familia Juntos

This is also an opportunity for sponsors who want to support the Latino community.

Latinas Contra Cancer holds its major annual fund raising event, the Walk Against Cancer, to raise awareness in the Latino community around issues of cancer. Talking about cancer won't kill us, the silence will. We confront this deadly disease very publicly to give support and inspire hope.
