Rental & Financial Assistance

We participate in Santa Clara County's Homelessness Prevention System in partnership with Sacred Heart Community Services. The Homelessness Prevention System (HPS) program provides financial assistance to eligible low-income families or eligible individuals who are at risk of losing their housing, including: temporary financial assistance, legal support, case management and other services.

Who is eligible to apply to HPS assistance?
